SKINFINITY'S APPOINTMENT & SERVICE GUIDELINES
-SCHEDULING: Online booking will be temporarily unavailable, to schedule an appointment please text us at
949-955-3536 or submit an appointment request on our "Book Now" website.
-All service providers will be wearing a mask at all times & gloves will be worn for the entire duration of each service.
-We are not requiring our guests to wear masks to enter the facility, it is your discretion if you prefer to wear a mask.
-Please do not arrive early to your appointment. You may come in at your appointment time, do not text and wait upon arrival. If for any reason we are running behind, we will text you.
-We will be following all state board recommendations & guidelines for proper sanitation, as always. All equipment, tools and surfaces will be sanitized between each appointment. All service providers have completed the BARBICIDE COVID-19 Certification and are following all new recommendations for disinfecting during this time.
-PAYMENT: Cash or Electronic payment, via Zelle or Venmo: @skinfinity, is preferred. We will also accept card & check.
-If you are not feeling well, have any cold or flu-like symptoms, have any symptoms related to COVID-19, please cancel / reschedule your appointment. If your service provider is sick or presents any symptoms of illness at all, you will be notified and rescheduled. If you have been in contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has/had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days and/or the 14 days prior to your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, prior to and during scheduled treatment.
